Why would I want this app?

Studies show that sitting for extended periods of time (like you do if you work in an office) increases your chances of developing cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. You can offset this by incorporating regular move breaks.

How does it work?

In the Reminder Settings, select how often you would like to be reminded to get up and move. If you aren’t active for the designated period of time, the app buzzes and reminds you to get up and move around.

At the end of the day, you can see how much time you spent active vs. sedentary.
